About The Team
The vision and master planning process is being led by Create Streets. Create Streets is a social enterprise with an associated charity, the Create Streets Foundation. Create Streets is a design practice, town-builder and think tank set up in 2013 to change the way we create places in this country to be more beautiful, more prosperous and more sustainable.
The project team includes a collection of other professional consultants addressing a wide range of technical disciplines.
Lightwood is a land promoter that works with landowners, councils and local groups to create new settlements, neighbourhoods, streets and places that deliver homes and supporting facilities. Lightwood aim to be a leader in the establishment of better and more beautiful places in which to live and work.
Once planning permission is secured, the land is sold to housebuilders to proceed with the more detailed phases of design, planning and delivery, led by parameters and a Strategic Design Code that we will have agreed with Hart District Council.
