An outline application will be made in due course to Hart District Council for determination. As a large strategic application, it will take some time to determine, and it is not uncommon for the determination period to involve the submission of additional information or updates to the proposals.
Once outline planning permission is secured, detailed reserved matters applications would follow for the phased delivery of the new village. Realistically development would not start for 2-3 years and would take circa 10 years to complete for a scheme of this size.
